Council considers GMO amendments

On Wednesday, September 21 at 7 pm the Town Council will consider a first reading on Order No. 22-091 which would amend the Town’s Growth Management Ordinance to allow 289 residential permits over a three-year period at The Downs. Proposed amendments would also allow additional one-bedroom units to be built outside of The Downs.
