Oak Hill
Oak Hill is home to the municipal campus including town hall, Memorial Park, and schools. The area is also the primary village center within town.
Town and Village Centers District – TVC
Zoned Town and Village Center, the district provides for and encourages the evolution of village style development within Oak Hill. The district offers a mix of retail, office, service, civic, and residential uses in an environment conducive to both pedestrians and motorists. The buildings, parking areas, sidewalks, landscaping and other infrastructure within this district are to be of a village scale and character.
Oak Hill is and will continue to function as a local shopping, business, dining, and entertainment area primarily for residents of Scarborough and the immediate region. A diversity of residential uses are also intended to be integral elements of this district enabling walk-ability, convenience, and human activity and vibrancy. Click here to read more
