School Impact Fees
With the November 2025 voter approval of the school improvements, the Town is in the process of updating the School Impact Fees.
The Council Finance Committee began reviewing the possible update scenarios in September 2025. Their work continued into October, with a recommendation to send the draft update to the Council for a December Council Workshop on December 3, 2025.
The Council will consider an amendment to the current Impact Fee Ordinance at their February 18, 2026 meeting. The Council will then set a public hearing, likely for the March 4, 2026 Council Meeting. A final vote on the updated ordinance would follow on March 18, 2026.
